Access your Scrible account and follow the directions below:

Create a Citation

  • Go to your Scrible Library for this assignment.
  • Open the first source. The Scrible Toolbar will load.
  • On the right-side panel, click the quotation marks (" ") to bring up the Citation tool.
  • At the top (in the dark gray area) you will see the citation Scrible has created. Below (in the light gray area) you will see the elements.
  • Compare the citation created by Scrible to the appropriate citation style guide linked above (MLA or APA)

  • Click the "X" when finished. Your citation is saved.

Create a Works Cited Page

  • Click the Bibliography tab in your Scrible Library

  • Continue for each source you want to include
  • Look for the Copy icon near the green checkmark and "Copy bibliography to clipboard"
  • Open a Google Doc or Google Slide
  • Right-click and Paste
  • You may need to center or add a space after the title (Works Cited/References).
