It is usually best to make very short bullet-point notes (jot-notes) before trying to write your own paraphrase. Here are a couple of templates that can help you to organize your notes and keep track of your sources.

Search your country in one of the databases. Then use "Command F" to search for keywords. For example, searching "free" will take you to all references to free speech, freedom, freedom of expression; searching for "censor" will yield results for censor, censoring, censorship, while "right" will get you results on the right to free speech, human rights, etc.
These will force copies!
All of these keep your source, quoted material, and paraphrase together
